At YuYoga classes are designed for 8-10 students per class, variations are decided on class type, to ensure you have a personal touch.
Our aim is to give you excellent quality with individual biomechanical adjustments. You will always feel welcome and each class follows a different path, depending on the day, synergy of time and more importantly YOUR needs.
We use a mix of yoga styles to personalise every individual’s practise, whether it’s your 1st or 100th class, we will make sure you get exactly what you need each time you enter the studio.
We also offer an exclusive GUYOGA class, designed specifically for REAL MEN. This is the original Mens yoga class in the country.
YOGA FOR ATHLETES is Sports Yoga where we use yoga inspired moves to enhance and improve performance in your chosen sport. For all sportsmen, whether you play sport for fun or at a professional level.
BARRE is a mix of pilates, dance and yoga. A high intensity, low impact class targeting and isolating muscles to tire them and work to improve all over body strength and flexibility.

I want to break the stigma that surrounds yoga: Yoga is for everyone, trying is the largest hurdle.
Her passion and enthusiasm for dancing resulted in her gaining a scholarship place at Northern Ballet School in Manchester and progressing to become a successful professional dancer, dancing in many various venues around the world. She is noted also for her rapid memory recall when learning and performing routines.
Sophie has a warm, open, friendly, empathetic and positive personality, has many friends and within groups of friends tends to be the organiser!
She's also a good listener and if asked gives caring, sensitive and informative advice.

24 hours notice needed for cancellations
Blocks of 10 must be used within 12 weeks, Blocks of 5 must be used within 6 weeks
Within a block, you may late cancel (less than 24hrs notice) once, the second time you will be charged
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours notice or you will be charged
Late cancels or no shows do require payment due to popular demand.
